Luke has a strong background working for some of the world’s largest companies, such as eBay and Aviva Insurance. His primary focus has been customer experience, having been responsible for contact centres of up to 1000 people. He also has a remarkable track record for low staff attrition and developing an influential employee branding culture to attract new talent.

Nowadays, Luke focuses on strategic development for various clients, whether in talent development, 360 Feedback, Performance Review Calibration or C-Level coaching. Luke has an approach to developing talent that engages on a totally different level, bringing about significant behavioural change to drive careers and business potential.

When not working, Luke can be found surrounded by cats. Yes, he has 5 cats, and yes, he’s that person.

Richard has worked in management and operational roles within the international financial sector as well as the hospitality and healthcare environments. With his operational background, he can develop others to think about both the business and the people cohesively.

He has experience working with various levels of management, and Richard can adapt his methods to support accordingly. Richard utilises his experience to effectively coach others to develop and excel. He’s an expert in delivering training for people who need help attaining specific management skills to enhance their careers.

When he's not in the office, you'll probably catch him on a plane, on his way to the next exotic location.

LJ began her career in New York City’s fashion industry, working at Coach, managing global Wholesale Distributors. After three years, she transitioned into Operations, focusing on Customer Service and Training for International Markets. This role took her around the world, where she spent nearly six years training hundreds of employees on best practices, customer service standards, and brand engagement. The last three years of her 11-year tenure were in the UK, where she moved to help launch the company’s operations for the UK and Europe.

She then joined Michael Kors, focusing on European Operations and leading a team across Communication, Processes and Procedures, Customer Service best practices, and Training to ensure smooth operations across the region. Her career continued at L’Oréal, where she became Chief Retail Officer, leading the strategic development of People, Retail, Operations, Internal Communications, and Brand Management.

After more than a decade in Fashion and Beauty, LJ decided to shift her focus. For the past four years, she has been fully dedicated to Performance Coaching and Development, helping individuals and teams reach their full potential through targeted coaching and development strategies.

When she’s not working, LJ can often be found hiking — she loves spending time outdoors. At home, she takes care of her collection of over 70 houseplants (yes, her house is practically a jungle!) Music is another passion of hers, and she enjoys singing or playing the piano whenever possible.
