€50We want you to walk away with techniques you can implement immediately to give you the confidence to entrust projects to your team. You’ll learn how to prioritise what requires your expertise and what can be delegated to your employees to best use everybody’s time, resources and capabilities.
This course will cover the different delegation methods and show you when to delegate. You will leave the course knowing you can trust the right person to work on a task and maintain control of what you have handed over.
- Understand and overcome barriers regarding delegating work.
- Differentiate what work can be delegated and what should be managed by the manager.
- Set timelines and receive updates to keep projects on track.
- Apply simple and effective techniques to be clear and concise when delegating work/projects.
