What To Expect
This isn’t your typical one-size-fits-all programme. It’s all about personal journeys.
We start by finding your standout players. We do this by having a chat with their managers and HR partners, who know them well.
Once we spot them, we put them through a CliftonStrengths session and some one-on-one coaching. But here’s the magic – we take what we’ve learned from those interviews, mix it with their CliftonStrengths results, and add in insights from our coaches to create a roadmap for their development.
Based on the results of their Training Needs Analysis (TNA) results, each player joins one of three tailored programmes: Team Coach (People Manager), All-Star Player (Senior Specialist), or the Most Valuable Player (Supportive). These programmes are designed to suit each individual’s unique strengths and aspirations, ensuring a perfect fit for everyone.
